Our free service allows users to convert Word documents to PDF format without registration. This service is provided “as is” with basic functionality, and ConvertWordtoPDF.io does not guarantee the availability or performance of the free service.

3.2 Premium Service

4. Account Registration

You may be required to register an account to access our premium services. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself, including your name, email address, and payment details. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or password. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with anyone else.

4.2 Subscription Payments

7.1 File Deletion

For both free and premium users, files uploaded for conversion are automatically deleted from our servers shortly after the conversion process is complete. We do not store your files beyond the time required to provide the service.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our premium subscription services. If you are not satisfied with our service within 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at support@convertwordtopdf.io. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time, and you will receive the funds via the original payment method.

After 30 days, we do not offer refunds, except in cases where the service was unavailable due to errors or technical issues on our part for a prolonged period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ConvertWordtoPDF.io is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our services, we do not guarantee that:

  • Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
  • The converted files will meet your expectations or requirements.
  • Any errors in the service will be corrected in a timely manner.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability
